He was later reinstated after appealing the suspension.The FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office would not confirm or deny whether they are conducting any investigation.When asked, Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott made a brief comment Monday morning at an unrelated event, saying: “Anything like that you have to take seriously. The FBI is investigating, and I know the school system is the lead on that and the school police. In any way our police department would be asked to assist, the commissioner will make sure that they do so.”A spokeswoman for Baltimore City Public Schools told the I-Team the district is not commenting.
